College Renter - Very Pleasant Experience

I'm happy to share that I had an excellent experience renting from Kefalos during my sophomore year at Pitt. Not only was the staff kind and attentive, but the rent was fair for the area I lived in. Throughout the year we had a few maintenance issues that arouse, but Kefalos would always send someone the same day to fix these issues. Additionally, any questions/concerns we had been quickly answered by various staff members. If you are a student at Pitt, I strongly recommend renting from Kefalos!
